The insect is unable to adhere on hair surface and falls immediately due to a micro wax effect (shiny appearance on the leaf in the photo) which hinders the adherence systems of insects. When the insect’s legs come into contact with this micro wax it becomes an amorphous paste that has a destabilizing effect on the insect automatically making it fall .

1.To apply Derfly, shake it well first, and then use a glove or microfiber cloth to directly rub it on your horse's body. Make sure to rub against the hair growth direction. For the first week, use every 1-2 days and then adjust to once every 3 days or as needed.

Derfly™ must be stored at a temperature above 20°C otherwise the product will thicken and solidify. If the product has been stored at a temperature below 20° C , placing the container for 1/2hr in the sunshine would suffice for it to reliquefy or you can put it under warm running water.
